Mint & Blueberry Smoothie

A refreshing cooler for those days where you simply need to be refreshed!

Ingredients

1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of Mint leaves
1 Cup of Coconut water

Optional
Coconut Chips

Peel and cut banana into small pieces. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a glass, garnish smoothie with a handfulΒ of coconut chips & a few mint leaves. Enjoy!

Serves 1 , time required 5 minutes.
