A refreshing cooler for those days where you simply need to be refreshed!
1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup of Mint leaves
1 Cup of Coconut water
Peel and cut banana into small pieces. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a glass, garnish smoothie with a handful of coconut chips & a few mint leaves. Enjoy!
