Although it’s winter down in my part of the world, this delicious strawberry and matcha smoothie certainty reminds me of summer……summer please come back!
1 Cup of Strawberries
1½ Cup of Coconut milk
1 tsp Matcha
1 tsp of Rice malt syrup
2 Scoops of Amazonia raw protein (pea protein)
2 Ice cubes
Garnish with loving earth buckinis
Peel and cut banana, then slice into small pieces. Remove tops from strawberries and slice strawberries in half. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses, garnish smoothie with a spoonful of buckinis. Enjoy!
