Now that Autumn is upon us, mornings are a bit more cooler. I’m a huge oats fan, especially in the cooler months. Oats are a healthy and nutritious option for breakfast, here are my top two favourite combos. I hope this helps make your breakfast a little exciting.

¼ Cup Oats
1 Banana
1 tsp of Cacao powder
½ Cup of Coconut milk
1 Tbsp of Buckwheat (Loving earths buckinis caramelised clusters)
Optional

If needed pour in a dash of coconut milk. Cut banana as desired and combine into the bowl with cacao powder and buckwheat. Stir oats until all mixed, enjoy!
Serves 1, time requires 3 minutes
