Who doesn’t love a good chocolate recipe!? I know I do!!! Chocolate lovers brace yourselves, I have a healthy, guilt free and easy chocolate recipe for you all to enjoy. Made up with a couple of enriching super foods, how can you not taste the goodness? I hope you love this recipe as much as I do.
Ingredients
½ Cup of Cacao powder
½ Cup Coconut oil
½ Cup of Desiccated coconut
¼ Cup Goji berries
4 Tbsp Maple syrup
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Melt coconut oil (if not melted already), you can do this by placing the jar in hot water. Grab a small – medium sized baking tray and line with baking paper. Combine cacao powder, coconut and salt into a bowl. Once coconut oil has melted add with maple syrup into to the same bowl as the above ingredients. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Add in goji berries to the bowl and stir. Pour ingredients into the lined baking tray and spread out evenly. Allow 30 minutes for the chocolate to set in the freezer. Chocolate should remain stored in the freezer. ENJOY!
Time required 40 minutes. Makes approximately 260 grams of chocolate.

I don’t know what that one coconut ingredient is but I have the oil. I have made chocolate fudge before with coconut oil and it was good. I will write this down to try.
