It’s about time I shared a new smoothie recipe!!! This morning when I woke up, I felt the creative urge to get smoothie making. My options were limited, but then I remembered I had Matcha powder hiding in the cupboard somewhere. I had been wanting to put it to good use this week. My result ended with this delicious Matcha smoothie.
2 Medjool dates
1 tsp Matcha powder
1 tsp Maca powder
2 Tbsp of Flaxseed meal
1 ½ Cup of Oat milk
1 Scoop of Amazonia raw protein (pea protein)
2 Ice cubes
Garnish with loving earth buckinis
Peel and cut banana into small pieces and remove pips from medjool dates. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses, garnish smoothie by sprinkling a spoonful of loving earth buckinis on top. Enjoy!
