Stay Lean Tea: Review

20151212_082251-02

When the lovely people at Stay Lean Tea contacted me to try out their 14 day detox program, I was a tad bit excited!

Free herbal tea, yes please!

Detoxes aren’t really my thing, I thought I better check the product out online and see what it was all about. From what I could tell it looked good, it definitely wasn’t one of those detoxes which you were drinking tea and tea only for 14 days straight. All that it involved was drinking tea and then going about my usual diet. Sounded straight forward to me. The ingredients in the herbal tea were natural and most of the ingredients look familiar to me. After a bit more of googling I was good to go!

Here’s what you need to know….

Ingredients in the teas

Lean Burner Blend: Longjing green leaf, Pu’erh Tea Leaf,Oolong leaf, Lotus leaf, Lemon Grass, Dandelion Leaf, Goji Berry.

Lean Cleanse Blend:Chamomile, Chrysanthemum, Rose flower, Lavender, Roselle, Lemon Grass, Longjing green leaf.

How to use

Drink one cup of lean burner tea every morning and one cup of lean cleanse tea every second day in the afternoon.

Results

I have to say I really enjoyed the taste of teas and could happily drink them daily. I believe that they did help my digestive system and I noticed my stomach was a lot flatter than what it usually is. Saying this I should mention that I came off a medication around the same time that I started the teas. The medication could of possibly caused a bloated stomach, however I don’t know for sure. It wouldn’t be fair to say otherwise, until I have tried the teas again, which I would happily do. Overall I personally believe they did help and are worth trying out.

With Christmas upon us and if your anything like me and like to over indulge, Stay Lean Tea is kindly giving my wonderful followers a sweet 10% discount! Enter lenae88Β  at the check out.
