Apple Pie Smoothie

Ok, so it’s not quite the same apple pie that we all know and love. But this smoothie is definitely like having apple pie in your mouth…. only green and healthy.

Ingredients

2 Green apples
1 Banana
1 handful of Spinach
1 Β½ Cup of Coconut milk
3 Scoops of Nutrimeal-free (pea protein by Usana)
1 tsp of Coconut nectar
1 tsp of Cinnamon
Β½ tsp of All spice
4 Ice cubes

Garnish with a handful of pecans.

Peel and chop banana, add to blender with ice cubes. Core apples and chop into small pieces. Add apples to the blender, then combine the rest of ingredients. Blend until there is a smooth consistency. Pour smoothie into glasses. Garnish with a handful of pecans, sprinkle on top of the smoothies.
Enjoy!

Serves 2, time required 10 minutes.
