Even though it is now officially autumn, the weather is still lovely and warm here in Australia. I was enjoying this delicious smoothie in the warm autumn sun and thought what better name for it…. Sunshine smoothie! It most definitely looks like a glass of sunshine!
Ingredients
1 Mango
1 Orange
1 Banana
1 Cup of Pineapple
1 Cup of Coconut Water
3 Scoops of Nutrimeal-free (pea protein by Usana)
4 Ice cubes
Garnish with slice of Pineapple and coconut chips.
Remove skin from banana, mango, orange and pineapple and chop into small pieces. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until there is a smooth consistency. Pour smoothie into glasses. Garnish by sliding a piece of pineapple into the smoothie and sprinkle with a handful of coconut chips. Enjoy!
Serves 2, time required 10 minutes.
I absolutely love mango and pineapple! So I’m sure this will be delicious!
