Chocolate Chia Smoothie


If your a chocolate addict like myself, this smoothie will help you feel guilt-free about indulging. Chocolate for breakfast anyone?


2 Bananas
1 1/2 Cups of Coconut milk
1 Tbsp of Cacao powder
1 Tbsp of Chia seeds
1 tsp of Coconut nectar (or any sweetener of your choice)
3 Scoops of Nutrimeal-free (pea protein by Usana)
4 Ice cubes

Garnish with coconut chips and homemade dark chocolate, which is also guilt free (click here for the recipe).

Chop banana’s into small pieces. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until there is a smooth consistency. Pour smoothie into glasses. Garnish by sliding a piece of homemade dark chocolate into the smoothie and letting it rest on the glass. Sprinkle a handful of coconut chips. Enjoy!

Serves 2, time required 10 minutes.
