Pomegranate smoothie is sweet and enjoyable! This smoothie is dedicated to all the sweet tooth lovers.
1/2 Cup of pomegranate seeds (3/4 of a pomegranate)
1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
1/2 Cup of Strawberries (chopped)
1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup of Coconut water
Garnish with left over pomegranate seeds.
De-seed pomegranate, then combine into a blender with all of the ingredients. Blend smoothie until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses, garnish with pomegranate seeds by sprinkling over top of the smoothie. Enjoy!
Serves 2, time required 15 minutes.
