Delicious overnight chia seeds. A great way to start the day or it goes well as a sweet snack.
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Coconut Nectar
1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
Add chia seeds, coconut milk and coconut nectar into a cup. Stir mixture gently then place in the fridge and leave over night. Chia seeds will expand and set during the night. When ready to eat, cut strawberries into quarters. Add them to a bowl and mash strawberries up with a folk. Once you are happy with the consistency, stir the strawberries in with chia seeds. Garnish with a strawberry, enjoy.
