Kiwi Mango Smoothie


A great refreshing smoothie that works a treat for the warmer weather.


3 Kiwi Fruit (peeled)
1 Cup of frozen Mango
1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
1 Cup of Coconut Water

1 Kiwi Fruit slice.

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses. Garnish with a small slice of kiwi fruit on top of smoothie. Enjoy!

Serves 2, time required 10 minutes.

  2. I love kiwis, I haven’t had kiwis in so long though! The thing I like about kiwis is unlike a lot of other fruits they tend to have quite a long life, I hate it when I buy fruit and the day after it’s already going brown or moldy!


  3. Oh yum, I love all of the ingredients in this smoothie and the photo is gorgeous! I so need to get myself a new blender (I left my old one back in New Zealand when I moved to Australia – what a stupid move!) so I can start making smoothies again.
