Ingredients
2 Kale leaves (remove stalks)
1 1/2 Cup of Coconut Water
1/2 tsp of Grated Ginger
1 Lemon (peeled & chopped roughly)
1 Apple (peeled & chopped roughly)
1 Banana (peeled & chopped roughly)
4 Ice Cubes
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until there is a smooth consistency. Pour into glasses, enjoy!
