Ingredients

1 Cup of Frozen Mango
1 Cup of Rock Melon
2 Oranges
1 Banana
1 Cup of Coconut Water

Garnish
Half a slice of an orange.

Combine coconut water and frozen mango into a blender. Peel and chop up banana and oranges roughly into small pieces, then add into the blender. Chop rock melon into small pieces and add into the blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses. If garnishing, slice a 1cm slit on your orange slice and slide onto your glass. Enjoy!

Serves 2, time required 10 minutes.

Hi, I'm Lennae and welcome to my world! I started this blog back in 2013 when I became unwell with ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I have since recovered from the illness and found I was back to full health by 2017. I started this blog to document my health journey along the way. . Since I have recovered from ME/CFS, I have enjoyed sharing the other chapters in my life including becoming a Mama, studying and the relocation back to my homeland NZ. As well as travel adventures, recipes and other positive influences along the way. I hope you enjoy my part of the world. Please don't be shy and drop me a line, I would love to hear from you! 1. Yum! I have such fond memories of drinking mango smoothies at music festivals- I’d always get myself to a stand that sold them in the morning to help fight off a hangover 🙂
