Tropical, juicy and delicious! What more could you want from a smoothie? Healthy, yes it’s that too!
Ingredients
1 Cup of Frozen Mango
1 Cup of Rock Melon
2 Oranges
1 Banana
1 Cup of Coconut Water
Garnish
Half a slice of an orange.
Combine coconut water and frozen mango into a blender. Peel and chop up banana and oranges roughly into small pieces, then add into the blender. Chop rock melon into small pieces and add into the blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses. If garnishing, slice a 1cm slit on your orange slice and slide onto your glass. Enjoy!
Serves 2, time required 10 minutes.
doesn’t even matter that it’s winter, I would put the heater on and sit there sippin’ this! Looks great

Yum! I have such fond memories of drinking mango smoothies at music festivals- I’d always get myself to a stand that sold them in the morning to help fight off a hangover π
