Winter is with us and I need a reminder of warm weather. This tropical smoothie is sure to hit the spot!
Ingredients
2 Oranges
1 1/2 Cups of Pineapple
1 Cup of Strawberries
1/2 Cup of Coconut Water
4 Drops of Stevia
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk Yoghurt
4 Ice cubes
Garnish
1 Strawberry
1/2 an Orange slice
Combine ice cubes, coconut water, stevia and coconut milk yoghurt into a blender. Slice pineapple into small cubes and quarter strawberries, then add into the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. If you choose to garnish smoothies slice the strawberry with a 1cm slit and place onto your glass. The orange slice is placed on top of your smoothie. Serve and enjoy!
