A great smoothie to kick that cold to the curb! Over the past week Ive been suffering with a head cold. It was a little exciting to be having the cold, only because it’s a good sign that I’m getting my heath back. I needed a smoothie full of vitamin C that had a kick, to get rid of my cold. This smoothie did the trick, it is full of flavour and has a great ginger hit to it!
Ingredients
2 Oranges (peeled and chopped)
1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
1/2 Cup of frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup of Coconut Water
1/2 tsp fresh grated Ginger
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
