A sweet and refreshing green smoothie!
Ingredients
1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
1 Cup of Strawberries
1 Pear (peeled & cored)
1 Handful of Spinach
1 1/2 Cups of Coconut Water
4 Ice cubes
Chia seeds to garnish
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle chia seeds over top of smoothie. Enjoy!
Serves 2, time required 10 minutes.
I’ve never added chia seeds, or any sort of seeds, to a smoothie, have I been missing out on something?!

Hayley you have been. If your willing to try it start off with small amounts. Its a good way of adding healthy & super foods into your diet. :).
