Overnight Banana & Coconut Chia

Ingredients

1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp of Coconut Nectar
1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Topping

1 Banana
Sprinkle of shredded coconut

Add chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut nectar and vanilla extract into a cup. Stir mixture gently then place in the fridge and leave over night. Chia seeds will expand and set during the night. When ready to eat chop banana roughly into small pieces and place on top of the set chia seeds. Sprinkle shredded coconut over top, enjoy your breakfast.


Serves 1, time required 10 minutes.
