Tuna Salad Cups

Super easy and it makes a great light and healthy meal.


1 Tin of Tuna 95g
1/2 Avocado
5 Cherry Tomatoes
3 Lettuce Leaves
2 Celery Stalks
1 tsp of Chia Seeds
Lemon juice from half a freshly squeezed lemon
Cracked Pepper

Rinse lettuce leaves, then place them in a bowl so that the inside of the leaves are facing up. Chop up celery, cherry tomatoes and avocado into small pieces and place into a separate bowl. Add lemon juice, tuna, chia seeds and stir gently. Add tuna mixture on top of the lettuce leaves. Season with pepper and serve. Enjoy!

Serves 1, time required 10 minutes.
