Kale Chips

Kale chips are so yummy and healthy! You must try them if you haven’t already. The recipe is so easy so you have no excuse!

Ingredients

4 – 6 Kale Leaves
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Paprika or 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 pinch of Himalayan Salt

Set oven on bake at 180Β°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Rinse kale, remove stems and tear into small bite size pieces. In a bowl add kale and the rest of the ingredients. Toss with your hands until seasoning has covered all of the kale. Add more olive oil or season if needed, but do not add more salt. Add Kale to the baking tray in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Kale will be crispy. Enjoy!

Serves 2, time required 30 minutes.
