1/3 Cup of Cashews
1 Cup of Strawberries (sliced in half)
2 Handfuls of Spinach
2 Pieces of Bacon
1 tsp of Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Of Wholegrain Mustard
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crispy. Once bacon is cooked combine into a bowl with spinach, strawberries and cashews.
Next step is to make the dressing. Mix all ingredients into a small bowl. Add the dressing to the salad and toss with your hands. Sprinkle chia seeds over salad. Serve and enjoy!
