Overnight Berry Chia

A healthy alternative for breakfast, or you can even have as a pudding or snack.

1/4 Cup of Blueberries
1/4 Cup of Strawberries, chopped in half or quartered
1/4 Cup of Raspberries
2 Tbsp of Chia seeds
1 Tsp Agave Nectar
2 Tsp of Acai berry powder
1/2 Cup of Almond milk

Topping
1 Banana
1 Handful of blueberries

Combine blueberries, strawberries and raspberries into a cup. If you are using frozen fruits make sure they have been thawed out. Add Almond milk, chia seeds, agave nectar and acai berry powder into the cup. Stir mixture well. Place in fridge and leave overnight. In the morning chop banana and place over top of the set chia. Sprinkle a handful of blueberries over top. Chia is ready to eat, enjoy!

Serves 1, time required 15 minutes.
