I’m a big fan of bananas, I love and make this snack regularly. Grilled banana on toast tastes yummy and sweet, its also surprisingly healthy.
2 Pieces of Bread (I prefer gluten-free or Burgen bread)
Coconut butter or Coconut oil
Set the oven grill between medium and high. Place bread in a toaster on low. Remove bread from the toaster after it has popped. Spread a layer of coconut butter or coconut oil over the toasted bread. Slice the banana and place over the coconut butter/oil. Sprinkle cinnamon over the banana. Place toast on a grilling tray. Grill for around 5 to 10 minutes (or to your preference). Remove from grill. Enjoy!
