This smoothie is really enjoyable, don’t be put off by the dates. The dates give a yummy sweet caramel flavour.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup of soaked Dates
1 Banana (roughly chopped)
1 1/2 Cups of Almond milk
2 tsp of Cacao
4 Ice cubes
Place dates in a cup of hot water and soak for 30 minutes. Once dates have softened remove from water. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend. Make sure the dates are blended properly before serving. Pour into glasses.
Enjoy!
