Bacon & egg wrap

A great meal for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

1 Egg
2 Bacon pieces
1 Wholegrain wrap
2 Cos lettuce leafs
1/4 of Avocado
Salt
Pepper

Grill bacon or fry if you prefer until cooked. Fry egg in pan until cooked. Wash Cos lettuce and place on half of the wholegrain wrap. Once bacon is cooked place on top of the lettuce on wrap, followed with egg once cooked. Slice avocado and spread over the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
